Facade Optimisation

Hello,

I am working on a research project with the goal of developing a façade optimization tool which focuses on designing shading devices for NURB facade surfaces.  The idea is to allow designers the ability to design shading device to any surface, with the help of this tool by giving their envelope surface, their locations epw file. The tool would allow designers to create shading geometry, and select a maximum number of different projections in order to "best fit" to the shape of the original surface which is optimized for daylighting, glare resistance, radiation.

With this, i am attaching my rhino and grasshopper file. But there are some problems coming in the optimization. Can any of you guys come across my file and help me to solve the errors.
