Create Paths

Hi all,
I have a list of points. Their structure goes like this:
Structure (paths = 294)
(0;0) (N=1)
(0;1) (N=1)
(0;2) (N=1)
etc....

I want to make 1 path with 7 points for example.
And then make more paths all with 7 points in it for the rest of my list.

For example, if I have 49 points all togethers, I need 7 different paths of 7 points.
