1 and 10 meter precise terrain added

Gismo's 'Terrain Generator' component just got two new terrain sources for USA, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska:

a) 1 meter resolution - requires free OpenTopography API key for accademics (link: https://opentopography.org/content/how-access-restricted-data-opent...)

b) 10 meter resolution - the current (normal) free OpenTopography API key can be used.

Below shown is the Bryce Canyon, USA terrain comparison of the new 1 and 10 meter resolutions, and the 20-30 meter resolution (which Gismo still supports for the entire globe):

Gismo can now automatically generate terrain or underwater terrain with the following precision (resolution):

- Blue (sea): 50-2000m
- Red: 20-30m
- Green: 10m
- Stroke Green: 1m
