Count which point is on which line for Partition List (Point 0-7 is on line 1......)

Hey, 
i found a solution for my first problem with Partition List. Now the point moves on his line!
I have to count which point is on which line. And write it down in a panel as Groups.
First Group Line 0+1 ....... (0|2)
First Group Points 0+1+2+3+4+5+6......(0|7)
