Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everyone,

I would like to create a surface like this oneI have 2 main difficulties in setting up the parametric problem.

1) Is there a way for dividing a mesh/surface with this faces pattern (https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/564x/20/41/fb/2041fbecc30d0310...
) automatically?

2) How it is possible to create a mesh in which the faces, irregular and with different grades, could be managed in inclines and height keeping continuity with the adjacent faces?

Thanks a lot in advance for helping,

Federico

Looks like mostly achievable with "Delaunay triangulation" but some faces are quad....

Thanks a lot Kim!

It's almost the result I was looking for. I wonder if it would be possible moving some of the faces in the height instead of the points. This is because I would like to have some faces planar and not inclined
