hexagonal curved wall question on joints

Hi guys, I was trying to use wb component to create a thickness of each panel, so that I am able to fabricate them and connect them together. However, when i type in the fablab component 'unrollpolysrf' it fail. I found out the surface for the Brep is not connect to each other properly.

I am trying to achieve like the photo below, anyone know how to do so ? rather than having single panels that connects to the edge line.
