operating with data with different structures

Hi,

We have 54 cylinders, each cylinder has a variable group of two lines, we need to find all the intersections between the lines and the breps.

Cylinder data structure: {55}(1)

Line data structure: {55,B}(2)

Directly applying a brep-curve intersection does not work. I need to match the structures before by "trimming" one level in the big datastructure and "matching" it afterwards. or "repeating" the brep datastructre but I suspect there must be an easier way... how would you do this?
