Unable to Download

Every time I try and download grasshopper 4 for my Rhino 4, it gives me a popup box that says:

Exception occurred in plug-in Grasshopper. Unable to load DLL "rhcommon_c": The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail

I am running Windows on my Mac using Parallels if that makes a difference. What should I do? Thanks in advance!

I am also having the same issue, but I'm on a pc. I've already tried updating my Rhino 4 to the latest version. Any advice?

Yes, you need more recent C++ Runtimes. However the latest Grasshopper release only works on Rhino5 where this is not a problem. Older versions are no longer officially supported. If you search this forum for 'side-by-side' or 'C++ runtimes' you'll probably find the post that tells you what to download.
