Recurrence addition to any number

Dear folks, this may be a stupid question,

I have a series of random number and i want to do a recurrence addition in gh, for example:

1, 5,  7,   2,   3,  1,   2,.. become:

1, 6, 13, 15, 18, 19, 21,...

Please help, hope this make sense,
