Section through grasshopper geometry

Hello all,
How is it possible to draw a section through a geometry created in grasshopper? or even render it? I assume that we have to translate it in Rhino? It has to do with ''bake''?

you can't render it unless you bake it. Select the component that generates your final geometry and hit the bake button.
