algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everyone.

I'd like to know how the [Set Earth Anchor Point] works in order to retrieve X/Y Coordinates out of Lat/Lon..

How this can be determined?

I am working with the GDA94 Datum for other sources.

Thank you!

Hi Romain,

Heron use the WGS84 datum when setting the Earth Anchor Point.  Once this is set either with the SetEAP component or directly in Rhino, the DDtoXY component can be used to translate Lat/Lon to X/Y coordinates.  If you have Lat/Lon coordinates in the GDA94 datum, you will need to convert those to WGS84 first.
