algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Need Help Cull Nth dosen't work

Hello,

i need your help,  i created some lines out of intersections. 

After that i extract the end points, now i am trying to show every second start point with a cull operation, but it dosen't work. I dont know why.

Hope someone can help.
