algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Yoshimura pattern_half item, 0.5

Hi guys!

I'm trying to replicate the Yoshimura pattern with Michele Calvano's algorithm, (I've bought his book, amazing!) but I'm in trouble in recognizing some commands, like the one in the red circle with the image in attachment. 

Do you know the name of it?
