You mean Rhino4 Service Release 0?

Sorry, that's no longer available. You might be able to find one that runs on Rhino4 SR6 though. We highly recommend you upgrade to the highest available service release as it fixes numerous serious bugs and offers new functionality. Upgrading is free so there's absolutely no reason to not do so.
