Data structure confusions!!!!

Hi, fellows

Question1:

As shown in the image-1, what i try to do is to let all the string on the left data to run with the one on the right hand side respectively, which is kind of like: 

left: (0;0) run with right item 0 (0.0, -3.0,0.0)

left: (0;1) run with right item 1 (0.0, -2.9,0.0)

      .....and so on.

Is there any skilled man knows how to play with this data?

Actually, i am trying to make the image 2 shape, and I have got to the image 3, and am stuck there, do you guys have some ideas?
