Hi! I am trying to make a faceted definition in Grasshopper, but I am stuck at the last steps. I have a bunch of segments and I want to make a mesh from it so I can bake and use it in Rhino. How should I approach this? Thanks!

This is one of those method. You'll need "Mesh Edit" & "WeaverBird" plug-in.
