algorithmic modeling for Rhino

pull point on the surface

I would like to pull surface (right one) like left one , but it has some problem.

plz help me. THX!

ps. It's an ellipse but is too difficult for me , so I turn it in to eight surface.

it gets improve ,there's part of surface 

But it still can work
