algorithmic modeling for Rhino

3d printing

I am new to 3D printing but have been working on grasshopper.

Could anyone help how one can understand 3d printing or additive manufacturing reference to grasshopper or some samples or examples to study.

 

Also, trying to build a 3d printer so suggestions on those are welcome too!

For sample, take a look at 3D2print's customer creation. You can definitely learn a lot from their 3D printed artworks and pieces. Additive manufacturing is somewhat new; you have to be familiar first with the process. Keep on researching, 3D printing has no limitations; it is open to all students and professionals.
