[sos]Rhino.NET command error

Hi guys, I have some problem with my grasshoper, please fogive my poor English,

I've Rhino 4.0 SR8 inistalled in windows7 and when I am inistalling grasshopper, it seem to be all right.But when I try to open grasshopper, it come out to be a error(as the pic),

I have inistalled my rhino for many times, please help me.

Hi Jake,

can you translate what it says after "System.Windows.Forms.ComboBox" and before "Stack trace:"?

It's pretty obvious where the error happened, but for the life of me I cannot figure out why it would go wrong. Hopefully the actual error message will limit the possibilities.

yeah, it's "the Collection Initializers raise an exception", i think it maybe my framework problem, but no matter I turn on or tun off my win7's framework3.5.1, it doesn't work.And I've uninistalled my framework4.0 for that.
By the way, framework3.5.1 cannot be reinistall in win7.
