Thanks for feedback, folks. Luis, you're right about the 'fixing difficulty' - the exercise was mainly intended to see how responsive the Nunchuk->GH link was. In a practical design situation I'd probably use the nunchuk as a 'first-pass' interface to rapidly test parameters/constraints and then swap it out for a set of sliders (hardware or software) to fine tune the form prior to baking.

Super Cool! One question about this...seems because it is SO interactive it would be difficult to arrive at one solution and fix it...can one of the buttons bake the geometry?
