Hey Robert did you ever create that component to minimize any arbitrary mesh topology?

Thanks

i realize that this tool does not work!
i install one add-ons tool for firefox.
and as it looks!

Unfortunately i do not know what it was!

however, if you are in firefox, then click the button extra,

go to add-ons and download the tool for saving movies.

michael, that is a common request so i broke the videos out into 4 parts and you can RC and save as to get them.

I am very familiar with GH and zero familiar with maya. I have all the plugins already :) I will check out the tutorial thanks.

Thanks for you comments. they are mayaish i guess but parametric apps do not need to have  'look'.  maya can do most of what grasshopper can and vice verse.

you can check out a Loooong 3 part tutorial that i did that explains the entire process on my site as well as download the plugins you will need

Well then I want to say I have watched all your videos and really enjoy them, Ihave never sen such "mayaish" designs from GH and applaud that. Now I have some questions, in general do you have any tips on cell creation and population via grasshopper, In the more specific I have a few questions at specific moments in your videos maybe you could answer me. In this video http://vimeo.com/27934067 at 2:14 what is the process of going from the rigid roughed out form on the left to the porous fluid one on the right. In this video http://vimeo.com/27935332 at 3:43 how do you get those cells attached together and all scaled / warped differently. Is it box morphing? In this video http://vimeo.com/27929421 at 2:44-2:55 how did you array a cell but so that each one is scaled / manipulated differently from one side to the other in a similar way that Maya does blending between geometries (I personally have been trying to figure this out for awhile). That's about it, your work has impressed me, I hope you can answer my questions and maybe share some definitions if you are comfortable with that. If not thanks anyway, I enjoyed the films.
