Hi Mitch,
Honestly, I don't know much about the programming side of things and am just starting to understand the language. I did these with a definition I saw on DesignPlayground..he has some really useful stuff posted up there. Once I'm finished with classes I'll have more time to really learn more about GH and hopefully develop my own definitions that I can share.

This does just make the panels in 2D and calculates the dimensions of the notches based on height and thickness dimensions that you input. I would like to modify it to have better control over the labeling and placement for fabrication.

Thanks,
Matt.

Hey, funny... I just finished the first stage of a similar project... Haven't had time to actually cut anything yet... our laser is too busy. Did you do it with creating 3D BReps and finding intersections or calculating everything in 2D? I went the 2D route as an exercise, and it works fine most of the time, but sometime the intersector or the region difference fail with certain geometries... --Mitch
