Hi, Vincent is correct. The right mesh was created starting as a box then in gh it is solid trimmed with several planes. Then those cells are deformed via evaluation of edges and re surfaceing. Then it is smoothed in wb.

It looks like mesh sudivision. My guess is first the mesh on the right hand side is created, then it is smoothed out using the Catmull-Clark subdivision component that comes with the Weaverbird plugin.
