Thanks, Marc.  Not sure if the building has been renovated, but I know it's in use.  I did use grasshopper for this project.  I explain a little about my process in my comment here.

Olive St near SLU, nice choice of a site.  I left St. Louis in 2005 but I always loved that building on the right.  It looks great!  Has it been renovated recently?  

 

Anyway, I don't see GH in your tags... did you use any grasshopper for this, or does it just "look parametric"?  Either way, it's a nice project.
