algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Finally got around to implementing the ball pivoting algorithm. 11000 points in just over half a second with the help of RhinoCommon's RTree class.

I was wondering if this ball pivoting definition could be a part of this group.

I remember you saying that maybe this could be a component of a future plugin but until then it would be nice to be found in milkbox.

Oops sorry Wieland. looks like I got a bit wreckless in cleaning up my dropbox folder. Here's a slightly newer version. Most of the aforementioned kinks are gone but there's still some mysterious hanging on occasion.

Not a problem. Yeah there's still a few kinks that still need ironing out. Most notably, it seems to hang under certain conditions. Once that's dealt with, I'd be happy to package it up.

Thank you so much! Fantastic talent. You should think about polishing this up a bit more and releasing it as a plug-in; I can think of a few industrial designers I know who would love you for it.
