I also posted there an example of linking this to Galapagos - which is something I'd been meaning to explore more for ages. I've not tried it yet with anything more interesting than adjusting the depth of a truss to minimize total displacement, but I think there's a lot more that could be done.…
n line 531 the variable viewPtsWeights, which is not in the inputs anymore. For now i changed the code giving "1" instead the variable, so the component can run, but i know that viewPtsWeights shows in other places.
The differences with VSC go between 5 to 20% or more (depending if the sample point is more exposed to the sky). This is really far away.
I'm good with the other explanations.

I am triangulating this surface. I want to select just the red vertices. As you can note, I just need the inner vertices of this surface. I could do it mannually, but if I want to change the mesh density later, I will have to pick all of them manually again later.

the item 0 from the first list with the Item 1 from the second list and this one with the item 3 of the third list, and so on.
I tried the function BANG! and it works, but the problem is, that there should be the possibility to change the amount of items and lists. In the case of the picture I have 8 items in each list. But in another case there can be 20 ones for example.
Do you know, what i can do to slove my problem?
And I hope, you understand what I mean. English is not my valuable quality. :-)

and for some reason, the number of curves in the lists is double what I think it should be... for instance, if I create a series of 20 curves (20 stories of the building), the output at the end of the definition says "40 locally defined values" ... not sure if this is a problem...…

i try a lot but didn't found the way ...
re parameters and more massive and complex geometry. Even if we use multi solvers approach, these can not be optimized at the same time. So, we use many techniques to narrow down the problem size within our capacity. We also have to pay much attention to parametric model itself, solver settings, analysis settings, fittness functions, etc. Even with our multi solver system, sometimes we have to run the optimizer over night. However, without it, it would take weeks...:-) So, this system was developed from our experience with optimization of some real structures.…
