It happens consistently on Windows 7 desktops running Adobe CC 2015, however a laptop running Windows 10 and a more current Adobe CC does not have the issue.
ception:Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {B0D0A647-983E-485B-9A69-45F0382F0D9C} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).
Note the previous comment I did the Unblock with Doodlebug CC 2014 and it worked on Windows 7. At home here I am running Doodlebug CC 2015 with Illustrator v. 2015.3.1 release on Windows 10.
Shot in the dark: maybe needs a namespace declaration to work with Windows 10?
Thoughts on a solution? …
tor software , connect to the LPD8, you now have to save and upload 4 presets. Select the preset number you want to edit, start with 1, for each knob k1 to k8 click the red arrow beside the cc value and assign the cc channel you want, I started 1 - 8 for preset 1, set the max and min values for each cc number.
Save the preset and upload preset 1 to the LPD8.
repeat for preset 2, 3 and 4
or use the files I'll upload in my next post... the first LPD8 editor file is attached to this post.
Delighted thanks dudes

Wow, thank you so much for the link to this procedure. I suppose I could subdivide the 6 sided into two pentagons then use this algorithm to tesselate. I'll give a try.
