Interpolate will 'sample' the data at equally spaced intervals. Let's say you have a list of 8 fruits, as I used in my example. What happens if you interpolate this list using 4 samples? Well, the first and last sample are always centered on the first and last items in the original list. The in between samples are distributed at equidistant intervals:
So you'd end up with a list containing {Lemon, Bergamot, Mandarin, Tangerine}. If you interpolate this list using 12 equally spaced samples, it will look like this:
and it results in a list containing {Lemon, Lime, Lime, Bergamot, Grapefruit, Grapefruit, Orange, Orange, Mandarin, Rangpur, Rangpur, Tangerine}. Of course interpolating a list may result in weird sampled intervals because of the rounding of sample parameter to list indices.
Interpolation does not sample in between values. It will not return a value that is 30% Grapefruit and 70% Orange. This kind of interpolation is only possible on a subset of data types (numbers, vectors, points, colours etc.) but these components must operate on all data types. I added a specific interpolation component as well, that performs numeric sampling using 4 possible interpolation functions, but this is a wholly different kind of interpolation.

The PC actually stops working because after a few seconds the simulation starts the fan inside the PC all of a sudden stops and for the next 5-10 mins I cannot do anything, even alt+ctrl+canc. After I wait for that time i get the followig error:

Revolutions have occurred through architectural history and vary widely in terms of design methods and fabrication techniques. Focusing on inspiring natural form‐finding techniques, AA Athens VS works towards producing a large‐scale interactive prototype that alters in real‐time the perception of interior space.
Technology and architecture are coupled for the third year in Athens with a novel agenda of transforming an enclosed area and creating internal contrasting city‐life characteristics that transcend the local conditions. In collaboration with the National Technical University of Athens, Cipher City: Revolutions explores participatory design and active engagement modeling and continues building novel prototypes upon horizontal planes.
The toolset includes mainly ‐among others‐ Rhino Grasshopper, Processing and Arduino platforms. With the completion of the Programme participants receive the AA Visiting School Certificate. In 2013, the design agenda of AA Athens will connect with the agenda of AA Greece VS in the city of Patras. Participation in both Programmes will allow for a more extensive learning experience through additional tools like Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3D Studio Max and more.

The AA offers several discount options for participants wishing to apply as a group or participants wishing to apply for both AA Athens and AA Greece Visiting Schools:

AA Greece VS aims on visiting a different city each year and construct a single large-scale model which will act as an active nod of communication among the various locations.
In 2014, the School will initiate its design agenda with an architectural approach that is focused on the aspect of connection. The city of Patras which is the starting node of AA Greece VS, was chosen by the European Commission to be the European Capital of Culture for the year 2006. The concept of the event revolved around the main theme of "Bridges" and "Dialogues", drawing benefit from the city's rich history and its position as a "Gate to the West", to underline the essence of the productive interaction of culture and civilizations in Europe. The AA Greece Visiting School investigates how well existing buildings with various sightlines and variant spatial grammars perform according to human perception. In sync with the flexible and adaptive concept of parasitical structures, the research focuses on the making of transformable large-scale creations that accentuate prominent architectural features of existing buildings. The research looks at how cultural factors, specific preferences, experiences, and expectations can lead to the transformation of architectural parasitical structures.

El taller está destinado a arquitectos, artistas y diseñadores, tanto como profesionales, como estudiantes de grado y posgrado, que, sin necesidad de haber tenido ningún contacto previo con entornos de programación o herramientas informáticas de dibujo paramétrico o generativo, están interesados en probar y experimentar con las opciones que nos pueden ofrecer a los diseñadores.
El taller está dividido en tres bloques:
Curso intensivo: del 28 de Enero al 30 de Febrero, en horario de mañana, de 10 a 14. Taller de proyectos: del 28 de Enero al 30 de Febrero, por la tarde, de 16 a 20; y el 31 de Febrero, durante todo el día.
Presentaciones: viernes 1 de Febrero, mañana y tarde.
Utilizaremos Grasshopper, el editor algorítmico asociado al software de modelado tridimensional y dibujo Rhinoceros, por su facilidad de aprendizaje, al tratarse de un entorno gráfico, facilidad de adquisición, al ser gratuito y haber disponible una versión de prueba de Rhinoceros también gratuita, y amplia difusión en los últimos años. Y lo emplearemos tanto como modelador, como conector entre otros softwares y varias disciplinas. 1. See this: Imagine a curve (say a "rail") that is divided N times and then circles are created with random radii. Circle control points (9, that is) are sampled (obviously) into a DataTree where branches are the rail divisions. Let's call the control points: "start" seed points.
2. Imagine a capability ... that stores all these (the original "seed" control points) into a "parameter" and then each time that a change occurs to them (varying the x/y, on a per point on a per branch on a per plane basis[that provides the Z]) stores the "modified point" into the parameter (at the same index with the old: meaning "deleting" the old) ... and then some other code gets that data and makes curves and lofts them. Reset means: sample again the original "seed" points into that "parameter". Closing are reopening the definition has no effect: the lofted stuff is derived from the (internalized, so to speak) modified points (from the "parameter").
3. A variety of "automation" is available: for instance if you jump from branch to branch and from item to item the value of the selected point is inquired and the sliders that control the new x/y are "set" to 0,0 (meaning no change - yet) values. There's mo "store" mode: it works automatically as far as you modify points or you hit the reset button
4. This does that (only achievable with code):
