ad over and would appreciate any thoughts.
I have a set of tessellated panels and edges with unique references. In general, panels share edges with other panels such that an edge borders two panels. In terms of a sample data structure to illustrate the point, it might look like this.
{0}
A
B
C
{1}
C
D
E
{2}
E
F
G
{3}
G
H
I
{4}

J
K
{5}

Where path represents a panel reference, and item a member reference: (e.g. {0;A} is panel 0, member A. Note the above is basically a 6 triangle umbrella arrangement (hexagon split into 6 triangles by center):
I'm looking to return a tree with:
-all unique list references in the set above,
-containing sub-set references to paths from whence they came.
In my example, this would be:
{A}
0
5
{B}
0
{C}
0
1
{D}
1
{E}
1
2
{F}
2
{G}

3
{H}
3
{I}
3
4
{J}

{K}
4
5
{L}

One thing you can try...
You can set a connection or command timeout in your connection string.
Instead of using my connection string component, use a panel component and use one of the following connection strings (fill in the blanks with your info)....
Set a command timeout:
Server=myServerAddress;Port=3306;Uid=myUsername;Pwd=myPassword;default command timeout=20
Set a connection timeout:
Server=myServerAddress;;Port=3306;Uid=myUsername;Pwd=myPassword;Connection Timeout=5
Set both:
Server=myServerAddress;;Port=3306;Uid=myUsername;Pwd=myPassword;Connection Timeout=5;default command timeout=20
In the meantime, I will look into changing the timeout properties in the source...or make them available as component parameters.
Also, out of curiosity, what is your MySQL version?…
h:
A
D
B
G
C
J
...
But I want one list with:
A
D
G
J
B
E
H
K
C
F
I
L
How could I do this?
What do I have to join with the input P (at the moment I dont use the input P)
Thanks for your help

n will depend on what you are trying to achieve, but for most manufacturing purposes you need to know the maximum distance a panel deviates from its cluster's prototype panel. Assuming you have access to the k-means algorithm you could measure this distance as:1. Align centroid of the candidate panel with the centroid of the prototype panel. 2. Rotate the candidate until a vertex on this panel is in line with a vertex on the prototype.3. Measure the distance between vertexes on the panel - the highest being the distance for this orientation.4. Rotate the candidate panel into the two other possible positions - the lowest orientation distance being the overall distance the candidate panel deviates from the prototype.5. Repeat with all the other panels.Daniel…

this:
i need a script that would take a shape and reproduce it on another surface in a random way but with in a certain spectrum of distance. for example divide an 80 meter long surface into smaller segments of sizes between 50~200 centimeter and place every point of division a pillar between them.
i hope you guys can understand what the f#*k im talking about
thanks…
