25, 200, etc? See attached image... If I want this parameter to be adjustable... this may be getting to a point where i need recursion/a script to get what i want...
Thank you for your help. I can understand if this is beyond the scope of asking here.…

generations of 50 individuals) of the same model that I got NaN's on before. As far as I can tell, it shouldn't be a division by zero problem, I'm solving the following formula: (a/10*b)-(c*d)-(e*f)-(g*h). I did save the text outcome of the run but I'm not sure which gene is what so I'm not sure how to recreate the exact situation... Is there something you want me to try?
BTW, what is a collision?
cheers,
wim

d to delete the flatten components and and input the join as it is with the 25 Branches and between the move and the second weave input put a Graft component. That will then output as orginally requested so no need for the path mapper after it. The reason the crv does not work is you have again plug it into the para veiwer and not straight into the weave, from what i understand from your code, you can just plug weave into a loft. Unless you want it twisted you will want to change the loft options to align sections.
As you had posted the code i cheekily took the libtery of changing a few components and addind a few expresion to cut down the amount of components. I have loaded up a working version in GH.59 with whats changed and notes if you want to use it.

IF the platform is "unsuitable" (or there's others more suitable) then disproportional amount of effort is obviously required for the same sort of result (or "similar"). And well ... er ... if the design goal is solid modelling ... chances are that a surface modeller MAY classify as unsuitable (but may not depending on the case).
Given the opportunity: Personal data: strictly AEC sector, AECOSim/Microstation (25 years, main BIM/General CAD purpose app) + various vertical Bentley Systems AEC apps + Generative Components (~10 years, main Parametric app) + CATIA/NX (20 years, main MCAD app) + Quest3D (~10 years, main VR app) + ... + you name it.
UGLY news: I run a practice > this means that I'm used in evaluating/addressing problems having TEAMS in mind, budget, alternatives, deadlines, clients, study guarantees, claims, clauses ... > this means that I'm often very bad/off-topic if an one man show task requires some opinion/solution/workflow.
Anyway ...
... with regard your issue I'll provide an indicative approach after this w/e ... but chances are that would be carried over exclusively without native components.
best, Peter

This Parametric Design course will provide the participants with the necessary knowledge and ability to use Grasshopper, a free visual programming plugin in Rhinoceros; you will be guided through a series of hands-on exercises that highlight NURBS modeling and its concepts. We will introduce Grasshopper as a graphical algorithm editor tightly integrated with Rhino’s 3D modeling tools. You will also learn how Rhino is used to render models for visualization, translate 3D models for prototyping, and export 3D models into 2D CAD or graphics programs.
English is the course main language.

API which allowed script developers to create their own dialog input boxes, this allowed users to interact with a script directly. In Rhino it would mean not relying upon the 25 year old Rhino/Autodesk Command line interface. This would be a huge plus for GH2.my 2 cents.…
ves (13 in the attached file)
2 - I shift the curve list, in order to be able to use points from one curve and the curve above simultaneously.
3 - I divide those curves on multiple points (50 points each in the attached file)
4 - This is where it gets messy: I want to access the points as follows:
Pick the items 1 and 2, then the items 3 and 4, and like that with all the points.
I've generated a series with a {0;0}(n) structure. The first branch goes from 0 to 13 (the number of curves) and the second tree goes from 0 to 25 (half the point quantity) and n = 2.
I've the curves in a {a} structure, where "a" goes from 0 to 13.
So, what I finally have is an item component, where the curves are provided as list set, and the series as the item input. So, for each curve, I have 25 pairs of item index (0,1;2,3;4,5;etc.).
I thought that the out would be all the points of the curve sorted in pairs, but I get just two points per curve, and also a lot of points in the last curve. I have tried with tree branch and tree item and I keep getting no results. Moreover, I think that item component has the ability to pick specific items in tree-structured lists, so I don't know what is happening.
I have attached a screenshot and the GH definition. In order to work, you must create a circle in rhino viewport and then reference it in GH.
I've been stucked with this for several days, so any help will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.…
