imilar topic with a Windows 10 user, which successfully fixed this issue. If you are tiny little patient, I think we can try the same steps in your Windows 7 case. For start, try these three steps:1) Close Rhino. Restart your PC. 2) Once the PC boots up, double click on the "regMapWinGIS.cmd" file in "MapWinGIS" installation folder.3) When it closes the Command Prompt window it opened, try running Rhino, Grasshopper and drop the "Gismo Gismo" component on the canvas (Grasshopper working area). If this does not help (you get the same COM class factory CLSID error message coming out from the "Gismo Gismo" component), then try the following steps, one by one:
1) Close Grasshopper and Rhino2) Run the Revo Uninstaller Pro and uninstall your MapWinGIS application along with removing all the leftovers from the registry. You can download 30 days trial version of it from here. Here is a youtube example of a bit older Revo Uninstaller. But the important part is that is shows how registry leftovers are removed.3) Restart your PC, and once it boots again, make sure that you are logged in as an Adminstrator!4) In your Start menu's search box type: "UAC", which will find your User Account Control Settings. Click on it, and a new window will open. Set the bar on the left to "Never notify".5) Turn off your Antivirus, which ever it is.6) Download the 64 bit version of v4.9.4.2 MapWinGIS.7) Right click on downloaded MapWinGIS-only-v4.9.4.2-x64.exe file, and choose "Properties". If there is "Unblock" button click on it, and then click on "OK". If there is no "Unblock" button, just click on "OK".8) Left double click on MapWinGIS-only-v4.9.4.2-x64.exe file and install it to "C:\dev\MapWinGIS" folder. Choose "Full installation" during installation process!9) In your Start menu's search box type: "CMD". Once the "Command prompt" appears do not left click on it! Instead right click on it, and choose "Run as Administrator".10) A command prompt window will open. Type the following command:
"your_regsvr32_folder_path\regsvr32.exe" /u /s c:\dev\mapwingis\mapwingis.ocx
If command does not result in an error message, then type this one afterwards:
"your_regsvr32_folder_path\regsvr32.exe" /s c:\dev\mapwingis\mapwingis.ocx
11) If no error appeared again, then open your Rhino and Grasshopper and check what "Gismo Gismo" component prints from its "readMe!" output. If errors appeared, please post their screenshots. Thank you in advance.
Please accept my apologies for the large number of steps. Some of them are quite simple actually (click on this, download that...).…

2:同じファンクション内のdist = rs.Distance(self.pos,b.pos)についてですが
be done easier, but later on the geometry will change and therefore this seems the better option. But coming back to the problem
First, there were some problems concerning the zone, although it seems solved still the “runenergysimulation” gives the following warning:
1. The simulation has not run correctly because of this severe error:
** Severe ** UpdateZoneSizing: Cooling supply air temperature (calculated) within 2C of zone temperature
Do one of you know what went wrong? It probably will solve most of it.
Second, “set Zone Thresholds” gives the following warning:
1. Solution exception:global name 'maxHumidity_' is not defined
However, the component is missing the max humidity input on the list, has this to do something with the error?
All the components are up to date.
I hope it will be an easy fix.

m, but the cause is unknown, although it seems that due to the icons. I would appreciate to publish here his impressions about it.
These components are made with Grasshopper 0.9.76 and Rhino 5 64 bits.
If the same thing has happened to you, excuse me for the problem, we will try to find a solution.
Any new information is welcome.…
have the latest GH 0.9.0006
2- Download and run the latest PanelingTools PT-GH installer for Rhino 5.0 (Windows 32 or 64).
Look forward to your feedback.

New in this release:
-------------------
- PanelingTools rhi Installer now installs both PanelingTools plugin and PT-GH Add-On and save under (%appdata%\McNeel\Rhinoceros\5.0\Plug-ins\PanelingTools\...). Grasshopper 0.9 can now handle looking for ".gha" Add-On files in folders other than GH special components folder. You do not need to move files anywhere and it is strongly recommended to leave it where the installer puts them to handle future automatic updates and recovery.
- The release includes a major rewrite of all PT-GH components to handle multiple grid creation and paneling. Here is an example image of how it looks now with multiple grid input and paneling:

and this doesn't work.
Anyone has any idea?
The plugin has been compiled but grasshopper doesn't load my component
My System is Win7 64 bit. Rhino5 64 bit and Rhino4 is installed. Grasshopper is installed in Rhino4 Plugin directory
By the way, I have opened the same discussion on python.rhino3d.com

.9.0014 with an updated installer that will install Grasshopper on all Rhino 5 installations on a system, be they 32 or 64 bit. There was a snag which prevents us from releasing an updated version and we won't be able to fix this until Rhino 5 SR1, though that shouldn't be all that far off as we've already been typing on SR1 for several weeks.
You can download the new installer from the usual location.
Here are some details, facts and suggestions in no particular order:
If you already have Grasshopper 0.9.0014 (released on September 28th 2012) running on Rhino4 and Rhino5, it's best to ignore this release.
The new installer will put Grasshopper into ProgramFiles(x86)\Grasshopper for Rhino 5\ or into MyDocuments\ depending on user privilege levels.
The new installer should not uninstall Grasshopper from Rhino4.
Grasshopper for Rhino4 will never expire.
There's no reason why you couldn't keep both the old Grasshopper for Rhino4 and the new Grasshopper for Rhino5.
You can always download the last release of Grasshopper for Rhino4 from our servers if you need to, we'll try and keep it available indefinitely.

e a week or two, so I ask for your patience here.
I did some extensive tests on the global solvers and the stopping criteria do not work reliable for these. After some more tests, I will discuss this upstream with the NLopt project. In the meantime, please activate the fourth stopping criteria, so that the optimization stops after a certain amount of seconds.
It does not matter that the solution is not perfect for the global optimization, when stopped by a time threshold. When solving an optimization problem, you typically
first employ a global solver to get somewhere close to the opimal solution
and then use a local solver to find the extremum quickly
If it's ok with you, Luis, I will prepare some walk-through example based on your data this week for goat's local and global solvers, which I will publish here on the forum.…
