Thank you for the invite, I am only just starting out on Grasshopper using Andrew Payne's primer. So its early days for me, and not straight forward. I don't have an architectural background and I aim to use it for a completely different purpose, initially as a component of a proposed doctorate in design. My background is jewellery design/product design but I am moving towards design theory and artefact.
So I believe Grasshopper could facilitate this change and contribute towards really interesting outcomes. From viewing your work it certainly is encouraging. Thank you

Thanks for the invite.
I'm just getting up to speed with Grasshopper. I'm using it for maths research in Computer graphics and Continuum mechanics. Then hopefully in the next few weeks coupling it with Structural Mechanics for a quick demo of its capabilities. Have you considered coupling it to a Architectural structures code yet?

Very nice and fascinating endeavour. It rises a series of questions for me: are you doing digital architecture professionally or as a research thesis? are you expert in scripting? How do you see digital architecture philosophy, is it adequate to be a style itself or it will just serve other styles as fabrication or form finding tool?

I just passed a digital architecture design studio unit as a portion of a master degree in Sydney university. I still have lots of unanswered questions. Maybe you can introduce some references to me.

My thesis is design of mathematic faculty I decide use parametric design (grasshopper) in my thesis but I don’t know if does this help me designing plan or not? I saw its use just for designing form. parametric design’s tools are not without fault I want challenge with this in my project that I can analyses its defect and its uses in my thesis let me know if is there any article about this. I appreciate if you tell me from where should I start my project?I alredy emailed with scott davidson he said you intend to organize something like a small workshop in Teheran.are you realy going do this?
