Very cool, how do we enter the pools,and what factors decided the structure geometry?

A short animation is being produced to explain the process (with Samba) but basically Josei and his team have been burning fabric in the real world with a laser cutter (almost cut their hand off) and in Processing. They exported the resulting mesh in Grasshopper and got the structure using weaverbird and T-Spline !
