Rotate axis component loses curve reference when reopening file

One of the Rotate axis components I have in a GH file always loses the curve reference when I reopen the Gh file. All the other rotate axis components in the file work it's just this one component that always forgets.

 
I have the rhino.3dm file open first then I open Gh and load my file and every time the reference is gone from the list.
Attached are images of the problem.

    I found even if I replace the components the error shifts to another component and if I replace that then to another and another on down the line until it cycles back to the first replaced component.

    Any ideas on what this could be?
