Cluster problem

Hi Guys. I have a big definition, I would like to use Cluster but doesn't work for the whole definition, works only for few part (some smaller, some larger). What is the problem? Thanks in advance.

      Not that i'd be able to help at the moment but there is not enough information to go on her. 

      What kind of errors are you getting? what behaviour is stopping you from clustering the whole thing?
