How to apply single panel parametric model to larger Rhino point population

I've created a parametric model that will draw lines in the X-direction at a particular spacing based on any 4 points that are defined in Rhino. My definition is attached.

Now that I have this panel working, I need to apply it to a much larger population of points defined in Rhino. Say I manually define a 5x4 grid of points in Rhino. How do I now apply my single panel parametric model to the larger population of points?

    By the way, I need each panel to maintain the same panel ordering (0 in lower left corner and going counterclockwise).

    Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
