I recall that when referencing Rhino geometry by using a containers, that reference used to be persistent throughout GH sessions.

I recently noticed that if I close and re-open a definition that references geometry using the "Geometry" container, that relationship is now lost... (container becomes empty)

Also, upon re-opening the file, the container remains colored with the typical gray color (data is stored), although there is no data is stored in it. (See screenshot)

It seems to be working ok with other containers (Pt, Crv, Srf, BREP, etc).

... at the minimum  the color tagging doesn't seem to be working as I would expect : /
