Hello!
Does anyone know how could i create a diagrid around a complex shape where the angle of the diagrid can be controlled and as well the diagrid would be baked as connected lines (and not segments) as the image bellow?
(obviously when i say complex shape i dont mean the sphere that is on the attached image :P)
so if you applied on a simple shape like this:
The diagrid would follow its shape as the grid that its on the above surface, but the angle of the diagrid could change as well....
thanx guys!!!

If you just need lines you can use weaverbird component (Sierpinsky Triangles subdivision), to achieve the faces for all, I had to use other Sub-D softwares to do so.
Also you can use Evolute tools!
Haven't tried lunchbox although, but I think it is using surface UVs, which is not the case here.
