perpendicular frames on a curve

Hi my next question is regarding frames/ rectangles on points on a curve

I think this is simple but I cant seem to get it to work

the link i want is POINT > frame (perpendicular) > construct rectangle on the frame

at the moment its a flat rectangle thats rotated around the XZ plane to make it face the x axis

if i could find it on the forum i wouldnt ask.. its gotta be simple!
