You cannot bake these items with these attributes using the Preview Component. As the name suggests it's just a Preview.

You can only bake the geometry from its source component without any materials or colour.

You can however use Giulio's Bake Attributes Component found here to bake objects with their GH set attributes of name, colour, layer name, material etc. Just remember to set your activate boolean to false after every time you use it otherwise you can get a very large Rhino Document in no time flat after every update of the GH definition.
