how to creat a clean pipe like structure by joint lines for 3d print?

Hi all,

 

I have a structure model build in GH,only lines connect together, now I want to print it, but Im afriade of the machine not gonna make it if I just pipe the lines, so the question is, is there some ways to generate a pipe like model around those lines but without dirty joints for 3d printer?

    You could put a sphere at the nodes matching the diameter of your pipes (if they are all the same)
