Piping on curve- misalignment

I piped a complex curve. The kinks of the pipes sees this error. I try to pipe another curve and it give me the reason on picture 2. Why does this happen? Appreciate any thoughts on this, thanks.

    Is one curve planar and the other not?  I'd suggest making the angle tolerance stricter in the rhino document/template and see if you have more success.

      In the first image it seems like the lines are subdivided and there're some additional points. You can try using the Simplify Curve component first, maybe that will help.

        Thanks Jon/ Jacek, appreciate your suggestions.

         

        I have tried in grasshopper

         ---explode>simplify> rebuild>join> pipe the result is similar.

         

        Will try angle tolerance soon. I am not a programmer but I would like to understand more in depth why the angle tolerance would resolve the problem.
