how to rotate a sphere around an arc using 3d rotate

hi i am trying to create a sun responsive roof for lighting i have used 3d rotate and aattractor thing for that but the sphere is not rotating around the curve properly its has something to do with center point, i have attached my file has well.

    quick fix: use point on curve and use that point as center point for the sphere...
