Airfoil Formulas

I would like to implement a 4-digit airfoil formula as on the following page:

Here I have my attempt to Step 2: mean camber line coordinates. But I'm obviously missing something.

    A small glitch that I'm too lazy to correct right now...the series component generating the first set of x values ends with a value that is .01 less than it should be...it's a 'starts with 0' index thing that I overlooked.
