If your surfaces happen to be planar then you could make a planarSrf from the Edges of your joined BRep.
But I suspect from the image that they are not. In which case you you are going to have to create section curves and loft them. (Thinking out load here as I haven't tried this yet)
What is what you want to achieve by having a single surface with this shape apart from projecting some curves? depending what you wnat to achieve there may be a different approach (just thinking).
you could use the creasespliiting command in rhino and loft 4 curves with the straight option, see attached. Yo can play with the profile curves you loft as neccesary.
This is integrated in V5 you will need to download it from the rhinolabs for R4, I hope it helps.
