I try to use the BiArc component in the latest GH version and i have this issue
and with an old version it works...

I looked at your file, I tried to change Rhino Tolerances and it changed nothing. The only way for you is to connect a "Circular arc" component from Param Geometry !!

Surely a new type in V6 I don't find it in Rhinocommon doc for V5.
