Hi. I encountered with strange problem. I want to cut holes in pipe but this is only can be done at one line. maybe someone know what I do wrong ?

Turns out you did not have a closed polysurface for your cylinder before you tried to intersect it with the tiny cylinders.
Be careful when you open the file. It does take some time to compute.
