Is it possible to create a condition where the prevailing winds are directed through an open space by its surrounding elements?

I am using kangaroos wind function to replicate a south westerly found in a local town to investigate how it might affect a cloth suspended between two walls.

Is it possible to block the wind using a brep or mesh so that the wind flows around it? See attached image.
