Alright, as promised here is my definition. I have attached two versions - one, a simple version, that pulls the vertices of the bounding mesh to the closest point on the Brep within, and two, a more complex recursive version. This second version does everything the first one does, but then displaces the pulled vertices along the edges of the mesh. Then it repeats this whole process again, as many times as desired - it pulls, displaces along edges, pulls again, displaces again, etc. etc. This results in a mesh that "sucks in" on the sides, more closely representing the original Brep. Just string along more copies of the cluster if you want a "tighter" fit. Also increasing the value labeled "resolution" will help.

Hello, I'm trying to do something similar and Andrew's definition could be reallllllly helpful to me.But for some reason its not working on my system. The definition does open but nothing appears in the preview.Could could anyone assist why this is so and what should i do???? its kinda urgent

I'm using Rhino 4 SR8 with grasshopper 8 , with kangaroo and weaver bird as additional plugins. Does it require some other version or any additional plugins????
