Integration and connectivity in 3D

hello...I want to make space syntax analysis on  contoured urban space in levels to get integration ,connectivity and integability values , how can analysis axial lines in 3D .

    You mean (I think):

    1. You have a sample of closed curves in 2d ? (or breps out of them in 3d).

    2. You want to perform some kind of KMeans cluster analysis on these based on center To center proximity?

    3. Then do whatever thing imaginable with the line graph (from the connecting "lines") made - and sampled into "clusters": meaning dataTrees in GH speak? For instance: make point to point, line to point etc etc connectivity data trees the likes that Sandbox does?

    Or you want just the 3 and skip 2? or the 2 and skip 3?

    Add some ? more to all the above.
